If I have an idea for an article of clothing, how do I get someone to design it and sew it in mass?

I want to open a clothing business. I dont have the design education but I sew clothing for me and my friends all the time. How do i get someone to do this for me in mass? I also wouldnt know how to actually make a design.

This is actually a difficulty process. But, your first step would be to find a local clothing manufacturer and talk to them about it. If you can't find a manufacturer yourself, check with the local Small Business Development Center office (google search to find them) ... they should have a list of all local companies.
