What qualities do you look for in a good pizza?

I look for high-quality ingredients, especially the cheese. The vegetables must be very fresh and if a pizza place makes its own sausage, all the better. The olives should not taste like they came out of a can.
Personally I like a thin, pliant crust dusted with a little corn meal. The pizza should not be heavy with too many toppings and it should not be greasy. The tomato sauce (if I order a pizza with tomato sauce) should be zesty and not sweet. The pizza should have good topping distribution. I do not want all my olives on one side of the pizza!

First, the crust...it needs to be the perfect consistency: not too thin, not too thick. Then it's the flavor of the sauce: not to acidic, not too sweet; also it needs the right amount of sauce: not too heavy, not too skimpy. Then the cheese: does it cover the sauce fully? I like sausage on mine, so I prefer the crumbled stuff as opposed to what appeared to be a sausage patty cut up (that's just wrong!)....and I like mushrooms on top of the pizza as opposed to under the cheese.

Thick base, enough tomato sauce, heavy topping of chicken, and jalapenos, with enough cheese, so that the topping doesnt slide off when eating.
