My friend is 19 and pregnant, she is about 6 weeks gone and is keeping it. She has no job, no money, lives with her mum, smokes, etc. Im not happy about it but realised the best thing to do is support her and help her get the information she needs for a succesfull and healthy birth. Where/who is the best place to get the best information, ideally online and free.

Look up attachment parenting - not only is it cheaper but also better for the child (in my opinion).
Why don't you supply her a great pregnancy tip per day according to her stage, call her or email it to her. Help her set up a meal plan, inform her about taking folic acid now, and pre-natal vitamins.
Go with her to the next doctors appointment and ask question as well. Her rent is currently covered because she is living with her mother, as long as her mother will allow her to stay, so focus on finding her a job (help her look in the classified, and online, or at community center). Look for jobs where she doesn't need to be on her feet all day. This should cover the job, and money issue.
As for the smoking, this is pretty serious and she needs to go some hard thinking and read some hard cold facts. Join a support group for quitting while pregnant. Help her with this as MUCH as you can.
Good luck with your friend.

She needs to see a dr. She can go to planned parenthood for free or low cost. She also needs to go to her local department of health and human resources (welfare office) and sign up for a medicaid card.

well...you can go to a Women's Abortion Alternative Center closest to you and they'll give her everything she needs to know/learn...Also, tell her to go to umm...i think Social Security(not 100% sure) and get Wick and foodstamps, which should cover the foods she needs to eat whilst pregnant, etc...

planned parenthood has excellent information and will help her find a hospital, and sometimes even a job.
