Fiberglass resin is one of many epoxies or unsaturated polyester resin used to BIND glass-fibers.
In boating we often call it "gelcoat"...
The BEST place to buy Fiberglass is at a boating-supply store, RV supply store, or perhaps Home-depot.
Talk to a customer service person about your project or repair... and the types of glass-fiber and resin best for your use !!

The type of two-part resin most commonly used for making fiberglass is "polyester resin." Epoxy resin isn't as good, I'm pretty sure, at least because the polyester type stays tacky on the open side, so it needs to have something on top of it (another layer of resin-soaked fiberglass). What's created is actually a glass-reinforced plastic.
There are various places to buy polyester resin, as mentioned, but you might be best to go to a boat store or automotive store where someone can tell you the differences between the brands of it, etc.

I have always known it as catalyst paste.
A chandler (Boat yard bits) would be best as there are few cars these days made of fibreglass.

hmm... maybe epoxy?
you can try to look for it at hardware shops
that sells pipes, hammers screws and glue
they should sell epoxy too
its made up of 2 tubes separately
one of them is the hardener
the other is resin
maybe thats wat ur looking for.
combining them and let it dry for a day will result in fibreglass.

Nearly all hobbie shops will carry it.
If there is a Michaels near you - that would be a good place to go...
