If it's fast food that he picked up on the way home, we set up the TV trays.......if it's a meal I cooked, we sit at the table.......

Basically, Yeah with the family we don't seat at the table and eat we always was at TV eating dinner I wasn't raised that way not my family.

Not anymore!! I used to then I quit cause I wanted to spend time with my family around a table so we all moved to the table as a family and that is our time no phones no tv no anything but us..

Yep! I'd venture to guess that these days, most families do, as opposed to the traditional sitting at the table together routine.

used to before I retired. now I eat in a dining room and only have
" snacks " if anything in front of the television or while reading.

i used to all the time and have recently gotten a dining table and now we eat together in the kitchen. we have a nice chat, appreciate the food we are eating, it is so much better than munching soundlessly watching the idiot box.

whenever I eat I turn on the tv-don't know why for sure-maybe it keeps me occupied so I can enjoy my meal, otherwise I would rush thru it and that would be not be good for me.
