I have samsung refrigerator model SR-37EMA, The problem that no cooling in main cabinet but freezer is working O.K.
What could be the problem?

If the fan is not working and it is still cold above ( or in freezer) It ; more than likely , is a defrost component gone out. At some point the frost/ice stops the fan blade from turning. Some-times if not caught in time the fan motor can fry!. Look from inside refrigerator up into freezer section from small circulation vents, frost?.... Empty refrigerator into an ice chest and start defrosting. call an appliance man? woman and set up a call. Tell them it is defrosting ( so they know they won't have to) Best of luck.. Most times this is a defrost timer which is under 65.00 us......

I had a similar problem with my Norge. There was a small fan that blew air from the freezer to the refrigerator. The bearings failed, the fan quit, no cold air. I had to have a service man fix it.
