Do you like being the leader or the follower?, say your leading a group of ppl and you got into this BIG PROBLEM!! that was caused by you ..what would you do ..like would you run away and accuse others of your doing or face it??? anyways i meant by leading like anything in life:captain or president or any kind of job..and if you choose to be a follower plz explain why?? thank you guys :D

I assume that most people want to be leaders. Everyone wants to take the lead and be followed by a group of followers. There are certain qualities that are signs of true leadership like when things are heated up the first person to step forward and take responsibility for the actions done by him or his collagues can be termed as a leader and the one who defends himself with excuses or finds an alternative by blaming someone else is fit to be a follower because his actions will always call upon for disbelief in him by his members or the group that he heads while in the case of the person who takes responsibility his group of men would be united and obey his orders because they are aware that they have someone to take care of them during crisis. Only a good follower can be a good leader because he has obeyed his leaders comands and learnt his way up. So in order to be a leader you need to be a good follower and be ready to take responsibility for your actions. The next time you come across someone who has many excuses for the delay in work by him you surely know that he is just a follower. I belive I have leadership qualities in me because I'm honest and I admit my faults instead of escaping them by giving lame excuses. Only when you admit your mistakes do you give yourself a chance to learn and improve and if you do not admit your mistake you deny yourself of a chance to do things in a better way because you won't be corrected of your faults and will not be capable enough to shoulder responsibilities when given. Hence we have two sects the leaders and the followers.
I'm a leader by my thoughts, words and actions by all means as I'm aware of the difference between the two and I practise the leadership qualities in my day to day routine.
Try the way and you could be a good leader too.

I really like being a follower because it is easy for me to understand more as I progress more with the people that is surrounded me but it seem that people make me the leader I don't know why but I am more a leader than a follower but I like to be a follower seem the easier for me.

I prefer to be the follower cause I don't have enough confidence in myself to be a leader. I have too high of expectations for myself so I would always be disappointed besides its safer being a follower.

I don't like to be either. I just do my own thing but i usually come across as a leader, which has it's pros & cons.
