Go to a racing stripes shop. They should be listed in the phone book in the yellow pages.
Have no idea the price. It would depend on how much you want on it. The width and length, etc.

Watch out Vinyl stripes adds Horsepower! Masking tape sand paper and spray paint not good enough? Next thing is a wing?

My fav always leaves Darlington with lots of stripes, finished 18th. Go Dale Jr.Bring it on in 2010
