Great question! I give you a star!
I am going to be working, most likely. I drive truck long distance, all over the USA.
I am working hard to be out of debt by the end of the year so I can quit doing this and go live near my sweetheart in Cedar City, Utah. I want to marry her as soon as I can do it.
So, I am working as much as I can and paying off those debts!
If, by some small chance, I am able to be near her, I will. If not, I am driving and earning as much as possible to get this boy near his Darling asap!
I will have me a little picnic like my family used to have when I was a kid. I will have cold fried chicken, bbq chips, potato salad and ginger ale pop! Lots of nostalgia in that for me! I will listen to the radio and hear lots of cool 4th of July music and stories.
I hope I will see fireworks, I always do. Everywhere in the USA fireworks go off on the 4th. I will be thinking of my sweetheart and dreaming of holding her hand and loving her and thinking of 4th of July 2008, when we celebrate the 4th as husband and wife!

What I will be doing is what I do every other year hanging around outside the US embassy in Canberra ( I probably shouldn't) and then watch the fireworks that evening. Despite a number of well publicised flaws the US of A still rocks in many respects and hopefully will be able to remain a beacon for the free world! Keep up the good work that is being done.

Since the 4th of July was my mothers birthday (she died last month on May 15) I will probably go visit her grave and take some flowers.
Then later I will go watch the city fireworks display.

Live in Las Vega and they have lots of firwork shows.

My half sister, half brother-in-law, niece, and nephews come over for a cook out. My half brother-in-law usually brings fireworks.
