I've got no loose ends to tie up; I'm ready. Don't particularly want to go right now, but if it happens, so be it.

I do not think I have been able to lived well enough to expect that I will die well. So, I am not ready for death right now.

Sometimes, I do think I am not living well just because I am afraid that prospects of dying well after a life so well lived might become too tempting for me, whereas I do not want to die anyway. There, however, is a counter argument to this, that a live for the purpose of dying would not be a life lived very well anyway; for the purpose of living is just to live to the full, even death may come and pass along the way, you would still be alive. In my personal view ‘life means life’, and death is just one condition somewhere in the course of living. And that liberation is not to be sought through a readiness for dying, but by extending the concept and the practice of living beyond all bounds threatening to terminate life. If death has a life then death too one will die, and if death has no life then only we have.

Ready of not ready, death will come to every living things one day. I don't think that the one who is dying is having a problem. The ones who are left behind are suffering and because of the unknown, many are afraid while living.

I am a young mother and wife so no, I don't feel ready for death. But I can accept if I had to go. But I would want to go quickly...not suffer with some horrible form of cancer.

Yes and No, if God was to take me any second then I will be ready to be judged. But I still have MANY things that I would like to do in my life.

Death is just the begining, we are all ready for it, we may just not know that we are.

I don't expect to die tomorrow but then again if I do I'm going to be as ready as i ever will be.

Death to me is inevitable, I'm comfortable with that.
