Why are people talking about her so much? I mean, I know that it's sad and I know that all what her parents want to do is to find her, but did you guys notice that usually when a child disappears, people don't really care that much...Of course that I want people to find her, but I'm sick of hearing things about her, she is even in wikipedia and her parents even went to talk with the Pope, what does she have that other children don't have? Can you guys explain to me why she is getting so much attention?

It's good that there is so much publicity. The message to the international pedophile community is that if you abduct a British girl you are going to get a few sleepless nights about it because we are gonna get you in the end. If all nations made the same fuss they would deter the pedophiles too and kids would be safer everywhere.

First of all, people DO care when a child goes missing, any child. The McCanns are trying to get as much publicity as possible, in the hope that someone may remember seeing Maddy. I hope to God that you never have a child that gets abducted, and you have to spend the rest of your life wondering if your child is alive or dead. This is a pretty insensitive posting. its not what you knowits who you know,and so many rich and famous people have come forward to help ,also this did not happen at home,and its hit the media far and wide
