Yes, for sure ... however the £100 million question is 'when?'

Some sort of 'trigger' is needed - eg. big jump in interest rates, major Bank default in USA, China stock market collapse .. until the 'trigger' occurs FTSE is likely to carry on floating upwards ...

Investors have to do something with their money = Bonds are still much too expensive - who's going to buy Bonds with a yield of 5.5% when you can do better in a Building Society account ?
