If you use Internet Explorer, Click on the Tools Menu at the top, and then click on Internet Options. Click on Privacy and then Advanced. From there it depends on your system, but look for the thing that has to do with blocking cookies and back it off a bit. There might a box to check that says Override automatic cookie handling. Choose the options you prefer from there.

If you still receives the same error message, it may be a firewall conflict. Try turning off your firewall then try to browse again using Internet Explorer. If it work, you may have to add Internet Explorer on the firewall's allow list or other call it the exception list.

To turn your cookies on use the options across the top of your screen.
The one you want is 'Tools'.
Click on that one then select 'Internet options' from the drop down list.
A window will open with tabs across the top.
Click on 'privacy' tab.
You should now see a sliding scale. If your cookies are off the slider will be at the top.
Slide it down to medium or low.
Remember that cookies are tracking devices to monitor usage by the sites you visit.
They also leave a record in your computer (in one of the other tabs there is an option to remove all cookies) which aids your computer to find the site if you revisit it.
They can also be a source of spam mail.
There is an option to allow you to select what cookies you want to accept.
If you go to several safe site on a regular basis you are better to leave their cookies set into the log as this is helpful to your PC.
