i need an "empowered woman" meaning a good influence and who doesnt wear skimpy clothes who would make a good, funny, and easy to make costume for someone. it could be a cartoon character like the powerpuff girls....

A truly empowered woman doesn't care what people think of her clothes, she dresses for action and does what needs to be done. She gets the job done, saving lives, stopping crime, helping people, protecting their property and ignores those who criticise or leer.
Check out the women of FemForce; you can easily find a fan site. They are the most liberated superheroines anywhere! Ms. Victory, Blue Bulleteer, Nightveil, Tara, Rayda, Stardust, She Cat, Dragonfly, Thunderfox, Colt... there are a lot of them.

I could of helped you if you hadn't said skimpy. i guess maybe you could be spider woman she is a superheroine and she is the only one i could think of that didn't have a skimpy costume.
