No...while their brains may act differently...they are still ultimately in charge of what ACTIONS they take...just like anyone else...if someone has a disease and decide not to take treatment they are responsible for their actions...same thing...i know some psychopaths who are not on medication and fight with themselves over stuff but don't take ACTION on their thoughts...when they cross over to that point they need to be held responsible for their actions...and there are medications to help so if they decide not to be on medication that is a choice as well...there are too many people not being held responsible for their choices and the actions they make...sorry i believe this and i see it all the time.

an somewhat stable question. Psychopathy is a character affliction not a psychological ailment. this is in comparison to a psychosis the place the sufferer is unaware of their behaviour. Psychopaths are completely attentive to what they are doing and the consequence it has on others, they are merely thoroughly indifferent to any suffering brought about and additionally gets excitement out of it. Punishment is extremely ineffective although. they don't worry it and at has no consequence on their behaviour. They probable could be punished merely out of a prefer for restorative justice in spite of the shown fact that it won't substitute them. Incarceration has the earnings of retaining them faraway from different persons however the vast majority of psychopaths are actually not stupid adequate to fall foul of the regulation and merely wreak havoc interior the social and expert lives of all and sundry around them. the final wager is merely to stay nicely sparkling.

In a sense, we are responsible to "corral" them as we would a serial killer and give them the death penalty for lack of education and scientific advancement. This is dangerous though, because the findings on child molestation are not "in" yet. Society must commit many evils for lack of current and conclusive data.

It could be considered a reason, but not an excuse, for their crimes. That said, you can't let them walk the streets if they are dangerous - they need to be locked up somewhere if they are.

no, because to be classified as insane they must not be able to distigush right from wrong or not be able to participate in their own defense
they can't feel guilt, they've never felt guilt. so right and wrong is viewed differently by them, but they understand it. they do get pleasure from others suffering but they should refrain from hurting people- control their impulses.
if we weren't to blame them we'd still have to seperate them from society.

Hm.......
To a degree yes, however, they still need to be taken care of in a way that they cannot harm other innocent people.
In any case they must give up their freedom.
