Generally companies move to Mexico in order to take advantage of lower wages paid to the Mexican worker. It is a very rare thing for them to take along employees other than management and training personel. I am uncetain of what type of School they will pay for but I would be suprised if your basic compensation remained the same after relocation. They are going there to lower their labor costs. If you are labor look out! If they are saying that they will pay for your schooling to retrain for new employment, I believe it is possible. If you have any labor representitive speak to them immediately. Check on the disposition of your retirement funds and make sure that they are not going to blead this off as many compaines in this position do. It might be wise to relocate your 401k before they relocate it into their own pockets. Be very careful and try to get written information and commitments from the company. You had better ask some hard questions.
