You take 2 or more gif that you have and you put them in an animation program you can use Animation Station 3 by Corel if you have Paint Shop Pro You can use Ulead Gif Animator (has a free trial) or you can use Image Ready if you have Adobe.

you need some software that is capable of doing it.
Search for "gif animator". Most of the animators are shareware so will have to pay for a license
Examples are "ULEAD Gif Animator", "GIF Construction Set" or "Advanced GIF Animator"
