I broke up with my loser ex-fiance. He sent me all types of satanic messages. I look back now and seen all these signs. First, he didn't want a preacher to marry us, second his passwords on stuff is satan666, his email address ends with 666, he listens to acid rock, with songs that talk (scream) about "let the souls burn", and "your suffering makes me happy". His friends are into "DarkWorld" stuff. I asked him about his religion and he said he was athesist. So I figuired all that 666 stuff and music meant nothing to him. He even said when I broke up with him he wanted to go to my Church, I am a Christian. But he chose to run around with this crowd, over me, so I ended it. How could I have been so stupid and blind?

Please don't blame yourself for not seeing the signs...

Although everybody around you might have noticed or known about his devlish secret and they might have kept it from you, there is no possible way for you to have known!!!
You ask me why?
THE DEVIL BLINDED YOU!!!

He has a strange way of blinding us to get what he wants! How strong is your relationship with God? This might have made you vurnerable to being blinded.

This might sound irrational, but it's true - the Bible has more that enough stories about the devil's wicked ways. He has a talent with man...

So, don't blame yourself...this is my conclusion...pray to God for Him to open your eyes to see these things in the future. Stay as far away from that satanist as possible! Don't ever call yourself stupid again! You weren't blind...but blinded.

It actually sounds like he's just a bit confused and unhappy. I could be wrong though!

A quote that I really like is:

"Love isn't blind. It just only sees what matters."

It's not that you were stupid or blind to what was going on. In relationships, sometimes we honestly do have to choose what is important to raise an issue over. You didn't seem to think the things he was doing were that big of a deal because maybe the relationship was good in other areas you felt held more weight.

Finally..... Since you are a Christian, you should know what the Bible says about being "equally yoked". You don't say how long you were with him, but, apparently long enough to be engaged.

Engage in a healthy relationship with a foundation on things that are truly important to you, such as your faith. Good luck.

Well, you could not have seen all those scary signs because its natural. When we are in love or such passionate relationship with someone, we only see the passion, expect passion and long for passion. We are so absorbed in the beauty and attraction of love that we ignore some very important matters that should not be ignored. As the time passes and we get closer to each other more, we see the flaws and blues in the relation which we had ignored before. So if you could have been ignoring such signs from his, its natural and it happens to almost every person. When the passion cools down, we start seeing the mistakes and lies of the partner.

well most people when there "in love" or just try to have that person become "the one" they are blinded by the true colors of that person and become blinded becuase the fact that when you first met and couple of dates you we're sweeped away by the other persons "charm." your not stupid it's just a part of being human.however everyone learns from there mistakes.so now you know you have to put up all your radors to see all the "red flags" in the person.
dont worry , i believe god gave every woman a good man.
