Rs.25000/- per wicket
Rs.15000/- per wicket keeper stumping
Rs.3000/- for catch/direct throw to wicket

it works out for a good performed under Grade "A"

It is not a good idea of grading of players. For wicket keeper stumping 15,ooo is paid. what is the penalty for missing the stumping? In the same way for missing the catches should they be penalised. So it is not necessary to pay them for wicket taking, catching, stumping etc. Instead as done previously they must be given a consolidated pay.

The difference between grades should be reduced(max.25%).Both experience and present form must be the basis for some fixed amount(about 50% of what is fixed now) and the rest linked to performance.

The contract shall have a performance clause failing to which at least 20% of these contract value shall be taken back.....there shall be a contract for junior talented players to be reserved for future and being groomed and not thrown into the field directly (because everydoby is not Dhoni)....

Its not only a foolish thing but they are dividing the players by Grading them.

There should a fixed match fee for all players for Test and ODIs. That's it.

You are just representing the Indian Cricket.

BCCI have proved their worth (?) in selection of a coach who rejected their offer...
grading the players is another blunder... this practise will spoil the team spirit in the team...

I totally disagree with the grading system. Payment should be strictly based on performance and not by seniority or any grading system.f
