Is anyone else hoping to God that they put Roddick in the bottom half of the draw at Wimbledon so we might see a Roddick-Federer final?

Also, anyone think it's interesting that if Nadal loses in the first round and if Roddick some how upsets Federer in the final to win it, then there will only be 550 ranking points between #3 Roddick and #2 Nadal?

I didn't say that it was likely at all... I just thought it was interesting how close they really are.

I definitely wanna see Roddick back in the final, maybe now he'll be able to give Federer a challenge, like in 2004. But if I'm not mistaken, I think Wimbledon seeds players based on their results on grass from like the previous 2 years, so who knows, Roddick may end up with the 2 seed. As for Nadal, if he were to be drawn against say Hewitt or some other good grass player, he could definitely be upset early.

I don't want to see Federer - Roddick final, I want Djokovic in the final :-)
You have too many IFs there, and I don't think that Nadal will lose in the first round, and it is also not so likely that Roddick will win it.

Everyone wants to see a Federer-Roddick final but then it all depends on luck of the draw. Besides, even if the draw points to that direction these 2 guys would still have to hurdle their respective assignments for them to meet in the finals.
