i wish to open a restaurant..but it is hard to me.what should i do?and what should i prepare?how much of the capital?

i had a girl friend did that. she closed it, saying it had all the bad features of every other business and none of the good ones. you have to work 70 hours a week, no vacation. your help is constantly quitting, stealing, squabbling, your managers getting rid of the good workers, keeping the bad, etc. you could profit, but jeez, its hard. its just hard, and long time before you see the results, if any.

It depend on your three (3) major marketing plan;-

Marketing Philosophy, Marketing Segmentation & Customer Behaviour.

And you must know counter the business first year problem.

At first, business might be slow. You need to advertise. Have your friends come and give them flyers to give to their friends and so on. Before you know it, your business might be doing well.
