i am 13. lately im am feeling a type of leaking from my vagina. is it my period
what is it and what can i do?

If it was your period it should be blood. But it's getting closer and closer. so be prepared with some pads when u'll feel some cramps!

If it is clearish in color that is just normal vaginal discharge but if it is red in color then the period is coming and as to what to do for it have pads ready to take care of that flow. Above all else you need to let your mom know what you are noticing. She will appreciate that you did because it will also help her to know how much additional information you will need on periods and preparing for them, etc.

Yes, it could be, it usually starts around 13.
Your period is when your body ovulates an egg into your uterus, and it attatches to a wall for nutrients. if it is not fertilized by a sperm, it dies. When it dies, it must be gotten rid of, so the uterus sheds it outer wall with the egg, and it it gotten rid of through the vagina.
I suggest you talk to your mom, she will know what to do. Good luck.

Its discharge and dont worry its completely nromal but if it gets itchy or green then see a doctor becuase its thrush (VERY BAD) It stings ike hell!!! But if the discharge is very heavy then you can wear panty liners (not pads) this catches th discharge so youe nice and fresh.

You will need to wear pads to start with and change it every few hours.

Pads, for the beginner. Any pharmacy or store should have them. Just don't take aspirin for the cramps, it will thin your blood and make you bleed worse.

If it's red, it's probably your period.
If not, it's just discharge and it's normal
Go get some pads from your mom's bathroom and wear those until morning when you can talk to her

its likely the precurser to your period, if its clear or white, your period will be blood, what you can do is start wearing panty liners now to protect your undies, and tell your mom you think your period is on its way soon. mom is the person who will understand, or an older sister if you are on good terms.

if its blood then yes. if its clear its just discharge. totally normal
