I closed my heart up so tight and for so long sweetie. It's only just recently I've allowed it to factor into any decision. I'm trusting it (and him) now - and it feels gooooooood.

The mind or brain should do more of the problem -solving and decision -making. As the heart doesn't think, or feel in the literal sense; I go by my mind to weigh the pros and cons. before making tough or litttle decisions and life choices. I try to let my scrupulous conscience be my guide.
However, even for matters of the heart, choosing to love that particular person based on logic. experience and knowledge and not just lust is more lasting.

It is best to follow your head when it comes to making tough decisions. I have found that you need to have logic and common sense in your reasoning ..and if you follow your heart...then you toss out logic and reason.
Seems to me you have been battling for a long time...long enough to ask the public at large for what they would do.
In reality...your going to do what youre going to do , and no one can stop you....so...I wish you luck!

If I am betting on my favorite football team my heart wins out everytime, my mind just gives up. On most other matters my mind usually wins out. Now, on matters of the heart, my wife my kids, and grandchildren my mind is totally non-existent!

Yes they have. I've always analyzed things in my mind before taking a giant step and then let my heart lead me. It's always been tough for me to make decisions but I take all things into consideration first. Sometimes I've opted to go for it but they showed me disrespect so I left them. You can't go wrong with a man who would make any sacrifice on earth to make you happier than you have ever been in your whole life.

If it involves other, I try to talk to them to get to even decision.
If its about me, I sit alone, in silent room and think about it, possibilities of making a decision that will make me happy but will it be okay for long run...think of every possiblity every danger...every happiness it can bring...
but...
making a decision that is wise and be confident and commited to it and have the determination and it will be fine.
Sometimes some decisions can hurt people emotionally, its a reason why we make wrong decisions.....

yes they put up there swords and Barge into each other and the stronger one is victorious...its usually a hard battle and they've both won from time to time... .. but i do cheer my heart on more then my mind... =)
