Where have you seen it? There are a lot of hoaxes online and unless you saw it in a gaming magazine or in actually stores, I'd be wary, especially since
1) Normally, Pokemon games aren't down loadable
2) They tend to stick with more precious stones than quartz
3) I own a list of every pokemon game ever made and it isn't there.

it might be a real game, but it is NOT made by gamefreak (the company that makes the pokemon games) - it is an english language hack of the game "pokemon ruby"
