There seem to be several organizations with this name in different countries. If you are in the U.S., this would not be a good option (I don't see any evidence from their website that they even offer degrees). Even if you choose to do a distance learning degree, you should do it with a program which is part of a respected and accredited university, or it won't be recognized by most employers. If you are in Sri Lanka or some other country, I can't give you appropriate advice, but would suspect that the same would apply.
