If you leave it out at normal temperature (like in your room or in the house-- depending on the weather of your state), yes, urine does expire; you can identify with the stench, I think by the next day.
I would suggest sticking it in the freezer (mild chill so it won't freeze to ice), or in the fridge. Keep it in a sealed, tight container like a tupperware and then wrap it in more plastic.
The sooner you use that urine, the better the results of your urine or the other person's urine.

Urine can be stored for up to 5 hours and it is best to take a fresh sample. If it has to be stored put it in the fridge.

Urine is actually sterile, believe it or not.
There is no SANE reason to store Urine. Its sterile, but the saltiness of the water makes it unpotable, along with the trace minerals in the water the body casts off.

Back in the old days, people used to use pee to cure leather or to soften cloth, but I can't imagine why anyone would want to store it now. If you really want to, I guess you could put it in a clean pickle jar and store in in the refrigerator. Just make sure it's clearly labeled so that no one mistakes it for apple juice or something.

Yes, it will go bad. It should be vacuum sealed to prevent air from contaminating it.
If it is vacuum sealed, then it should last up to a year in the freezer or on the shelf.
