I go and talk to the person who can do something about the source problem without beating around the bush. However, here in the Far East the locals don't like directness. You have to always smile and make as if there's never anything wrong and hope the problems sort themselves out (kinda like some on this forum suggest we do about SA's problems). To me, that's just plainly being fake.

I think it all depends on where the stress is coming from and where the anger is coming from. Are you angry or is there anger around you and directed at you?
If you have a detailed job description and people you work with either want you to do stuff that is not in your job description or they are preventing you from doing your job well then I would speak to your supervisor or manager.
If you feel that you are not being heard then you can contact the labour court and they will help you sort things out. If you belong to a union they can also help you with work-related issues.

I put up with it. Try to fix the problem as best I can and move on, but the stress is making me old before my time. I have a non existant social life and spend most weekend's worrying about monday's problems.
Time for a complete career change I think.

Mostly I handle things in a calm and logical manner and try not to blow my top when things bother or irritate me.
Then I go home and smash the life out of an offending bad guy on the Play station!

I normally put up a fight... but there's a lack of challenges now that I'm pregnant. Everyone is nice and sweet and scared that I'll break into tears... sigh.

i secretly plot the mass murder of clients and staff.
then i go and play something violent on the pc. imagining the face of that moaning customer on the head of the zombie you are about to blow away is just so relaxing. then you blow the m.f. away.
