Your question needs more clarity. First of all if your friend calls you on a calling card to your cell phone. Then you will not be billed for the call. However your minutes from your cell phone will be deducted from the call on your cell phone calling plan.

If you have unlimited nights and weekends on your cell phone and your friend calls you on a calling card, then your call would be free and no minutes deducted after 9 pm
