Yep. You can get two dial up modems.
Back in the day people would dial out of two lines from one computer. You need two lines though. It will give you a speed boost though.

Why can't you get broadband? Some ISPs (internet service providers) that provide DSL and cable are sometimes cheaper per month than dial up. You most likely have a modem that is capable of 56 kbs, but the ordinary phone line that you are connecting it to in your home or office what is limiting your speeds to about 5-10 kbs max. There is really nothing that you can do using software or hardware that can speed up your connection. Your best bet is to shell out the extra few bucks a month and get cable internet or some kind of dedicated internet phone line. If you live in a rural area and there aren't any local ISPs that provide broadband, look into satellite internet or even cellular internet, but these options may be a little too pricey. If you are on a budget, you might be stuck with dial-up and its annoyingly slow loading time.

You could try a web accelerator. It probably won't help much, it might help a wee bit. Better than nothing, right? Try Google's Web Accelerator.
Also... Good luck with dial-up, because I hate it. Hahahah. ;P Glad my family finally got rid of it a couple years ago!

Ahw yea...good old Dialup! I was on it for years...thank God I'm off it now...
You can "try" this site and see if it helps you any...
This will optimize your hardware settings for your dialup modem.
http://ucguides.savagehelp.com/connectio...
But what helped me the most was CableNut (not just for cable) to adjust my Windows Registry Settings that are directly related to how and what your modem does via Windows.

After installing CableNut then go to this site for the settings to use with it...

Hope that helps you...did me...My ping (online gaming) went from 400+ to 220 (In the US in UR more like 90) & my download speed went from 4kbps to 8.
