i got a few pictures, i guess theyre flash or somethin cuz they move for about 5 seconds, then just repeat the same things over again, it shows up on my psp's photo area but its not moving, how do i get that flash picture to move for its few seconds on my psp.... psp video 9 wont work since its not a video

i got the new version that says it has flash player on it, does that only work for internet?
