Sometimes it's the caller and other times its the callee. It doesn't really matter, except for the fact that someone's phone drops the call.

the person whos still talking on the phone but you hear them had their call dropped, the one that you see and they are muted out and stuff is because thats what the one person is not hearing and blah blah....at least thats what i think
