My husband has been having wet dreams alot lately... We make love on a normal basis... He says that he had not had them when he was younger. . Any Ideas on why it would happen so long after adolescence?

You do not say how old your husband is, but I went through the same thing a few years ago (late twenties) when I found that my libido suddenly was at an all time high. I had a lot more sex, wet dreams and sexual fantasies. I had to increase from one girlfriend to a few more partners, because of this. I am not proud of doing it, but it was the only way as my girlfriend could only spent a few nights a week at my place.
It passed as it came and my libido has been normal since, and I still don't know what caused it, only that it was a fun time in my life.

as we grow older our hormones are constantly changing and so if there is a sudden spike in testosterone from say working out alot or different food that is eaten or just a random spike in hormone levels that could influence the production of sperm and semen and a wet dream is the bodies way of getting rid of excess or to correct an imbalance by flushing out the old and bringing in the new. Medications could also be a culprit. only way to know for sure is to ask a doc.

Even men who have an active sex life can have wet dreams. Wet dreams are usually the result of having dreams with sexual themes in them. This is nothing to worry about. Everyone has such dreams. It's normal.

Probably because sex has been on his mind alot lately...so much so that he thinks about it as he is sleeping. I suggest you up your lovemaking, or spice it up a bit.
