Hi Angelmay,
My bf is definitely very comfortable in saying it.
When he wakes up every morning or afternoon he will txt me a good morning or good afternoon. See how I'm doing/what I have planned for the day. & at the end of each txt he will write "I Love You".
When we get to see each other (hang-out). He will say it every chance he gets & it is very sweet.
While he is at work he will im me or tx me to see how I'm doing/how did whatever I had planned go & say that that he loves me. & last but not least before he goes to sleep he will txt I love you, wish me a good nite, sweet dreams, mental txt kiss & hugs.

All of the time - he calls me on his lunch break from work every day (we work different shifts) he says it then, when he comes home, a lot when we're together, plus he also says sweet things like "you're so smart" and calls me beautiful and asks how my day was. We've been married 5 years. I get at least 10 kisses a day when we've got the day off together. I never thought a guy could exist like this - I had a bunch of losers before him who couldn't have cared less about being romantic.

Constantly. My husband does not care what any one thinks,it's one of the sexiest things about him.He is a roughneck and he says it front of the crew,he tells me on the phone with all of them in the truck.I get text through out the day. 8 years and we still think we are newly weds.I think we make people sick.

He's very comfortable in saying it ALL the time, every phone call from work, every time he sees me I mean constantly. Sometimes I fell like I'm the guy because he's all I love you and I'm like me too LOL. I feel very loved ^_^

I hear you angelmay! My guy only says it (without provocation) about once every 2 - 3 weeks. He doesn't talk much either, but he's kind of the proud macho type. Yours too?

I only here it during the "love dance". He's such a romantic. He does usually repeat it before he rolls over and goes to sleep.

Anytime. Anywhere. As often as needed or just when the mood strikes. Laughter and tears, snow and sun, rain and shine, quiet and loud.

My husband tells me "I love you" every day, and most usually more than once a day. (And I do the same for him). And we're not newly weds, either! (28 years).

Only sometimes, when we're alone. I guess hes trying to be "manly" or something.
