My brother and I were in charge of making dinner for everyone today... we BBQ'd ribeye steaks, and we also had homemade gravy, mashed potatoes from scratch and steamed asparagus... and I was also in charge of keeping everyone's drink refreshed.... fresh ale, Syrah with dinner... and my Dad currently loves Martinis, with an olive.

nothing, my daddy died 5 years ago this fathers day..but I BBQ steaks for my husband with my son...it was a nice day we celebrated both my dad and my husband...it was nice to talk about my dad and remember all the nutty things he did!

When my dad was alive I would buy a Dungeness crab and bring it home fresh caught that day. We would eat it from the shell with a salad. My dad loved Martinis with a green olive too.

I cooked my husband's father's day dinner (the kids are little young). We had steak smothered in mushrooms and twice baked potatoes. The dinner that you and your brother fixed sounds delicious. You have a very lucky father!

I didn't, my dad lives 3 hours away so I didn't see him, but I phoned him to tell him Happy Father's Day. I did cook breakfast for my ungrateful boyfriend though, cuz it's his first Father's Day being a dad, and I made him scrambled eggs, just the way he likes them, sausage and toast, served with his favorite orange juice.

My aunt and I prepared shish kabobs, steaks, pork chops, baked potatoes, and bratwurst that my dad grilled (he likes to grill), and then we made corn, salad, and jello to go along with the meal. ^^ We also had sherbet, beer, and punch ready to serve. For a gift I also got my dad a $50 gift card and a nice, funny card to go along with it. ;-D

I made pastries with honey in the center. My mom put them in the oven for me, and I drizzled more honey on after that. Dad really liked them.

Well, my dad is in heaven with God eating dinner with his father but I made Spaghetti for my husband and his dad. This is what he wanted! (I'm not a big fan of spaghetti!)
