The actress who played Punky Brewster is Soleil Moon Frye, who was also on Sabrina the Teenage Witch and played Sabrina's roomate and friend Roxy. She did undergo surgery for breast reduction because she thought they were too big for her age. It had also caused her back pain, so she went through breast reduction.
