How do I get a certified copy of my mother's FRENCH birth certificate?

I know the town she was born in, date, parents names, and that it's something you'd request from the "marie" (sp? like city hall I think) but how would you address it? can you do it online?

Try calling that number in that pdf file. You can get a calling card from many places in order to call.. I hope that helps some...
