I got that feeling more from "The Others." I found that one a lot more sad and hopeless.

I have to admit my reaction was more like surprise. I never even suspected until the ring fell out of his wife's hand. kind'a interesting though, that he, being one of the ghosts the boy is seeing, actually helps the kid cope with the ability that he has. I did think it was kind of confusing that he couldn't see the hanged people in the hall of the school, though. It would seem to me that the people who were in the afterlife should be able to see others in the afterlife.
It was the first thing I thought of when the he turned out to be dead too.

I would not be sad if I were walking around dead right now... actually, I'd be kind of mad. I always thought that when I was dead I would be able to walk through walls and stuff and scare people... apparently, now you are convincing me that that is not the case... hey, you are right... I'm kind of sad.

No, it didn't make me sad. The Sixth Sense dealt with how Cole learned to help the spirits by resolving their earthly issues. I experienced similar things after my parents died (I would smell my dad's aftershave or catch my baby smiling at "someone" behind with no one there) and it felt comforting during those first painful months.

It makes me feel kida sad 2. I could be thinking I'm alie for days, go to my best friends house... Say hi, but he doesn't even notice I'm here. Then I throw something to get his attention, he thinks theres a demon in his house. That would suck.
