I have seen so many different styles that the kids these days are into ( God I sound old ) anyway, One of these styles seems to be hetrosexual boys wearing eyeliner and mascara.
Whats up with that? Is it considered "hot"? and why would a boy whom is not interested in other boys sexually put make up on?

okay. wearing when guys where eyeliner is a form of expression and style.
depending on the type of girl you ask get a certain degree of feedback.
i for one feel like guys that where JUST eyeliner appeal to me but i have a style like the "scene" or whatever type of guy it is. but eyeliner can either be a certain look they are trying to achieve or them trying to be metro in their own way.

I'm 20 years old and this is what I think: Bands like Green Day and the other "emo boy bands" are only copying what bands in the 80's were doing. It's makeup. Do you really think BIlly Joe goes home and applies his wife's eyeliner? I don't think so. It's like a costume.
I don't care what a band does for a gimmick as long as their music is original and good. As for guys in the "real world," I'm going to consider you well on the path to becoming a transvestite and leave it at that.

Only certain people can pull it off and look good. This certain amount of people includes people typically in bands or full throw "emo". Other people that can't pull it off are fakes and people with just the wrong face. It can be totally hot, or way not.

Well, it depends on what girls you're talking about. Like a lot of my friends think that looks dumb, but some of my other friends (including me) think that is hot!! Well if you can pull it off. Some guys just can't.

OMFG! People, just because a guy wears makeup does not mean he is gay. It is not most people's taste, I don't think. But I think it is really hot. I don't know why any boy puts makeup on, but I lovvveeee it.

umm you see Greenday pplz and some band pplz wearing eyeliner and stuff and sometimes it looks good on them....idk very few guys can pull of eyeliner and not look completely gay IMO..
If your asking should you wear it, id go with the safe side and just not.

its turning into more of a stereotype for the punk/emo/goth kids to do it. I am a teenager and I think it is a total turnoff. It's very disgusting..and for most of us girls who like the strong "varsity football player" type of guy..its is sad, that men are doing that. And it gives them the stereotype of being homosexual. I hope I am not offending anyone. lol.
