when you connect the GBA game "harvest moon: more friends of mineral town" to the gamecube game "harvest moon: another wonderful life" Van, a peddler that appears in AWL (a wonderful life, and another wonderful life) on the 3rd and 8th of every month will also appear in the GBA game(s) on the second floor of the inn in the hallway

I don't think there is someone named Van in HMMFofMT, but I do know that Van is a peddler at Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life and he comes at 3 and 8 every month...
