For some species, you'll only need two - a male and female - they'll do the rest.
But along with size of the lake and size of the fish, we'd also need to know species, age, reproductive rate, cover (for babies to hide), food availability (more food = more fish that the lake can support), and how many fish you put in to start. A lake won't actually get "full", it only will produce enough fish for the available food and habitat - the rest will die.

im surprised no one here said "well the rule of thumb is 1 inch per gallon"
seeing as a lake can be like a hundreds of thousands of gallons, you would need hundreds of thousands of 1 inch guppies.
