A little flirting is good, eye contact too, ask them for coffee, soda, shakes, something and start a conversation, " You know why I asked you here, I have a little crush on you and would like to know if it could be more. Would you like to take me out (go out) sometime?

I'm shy so I always wait for the other person to make the move. That's prob why I always go out with guys that are confident 'alpha male' sorta guys. If the guy was shy then we would never initiate anything!
Anyway, I'm with the love of my life now...yes he initiated the interaction between us...of course! Thank goodness he did. I've founf my husband and the future father of my children : )

the best way is to just tell them!
flirt with the guy to get a feel of whether he's into you or not.
ask around see if he's going out w/ some one
but yea anyway while you are talking just casually let it slip that you like him and go from there
