I use front loading washers at my local laundromat.

Is it okay to fill the machine to the top or should I fill it to only two thirds or even just to half way?

I used to work in a laundromat and have a front loader at home now. I stuff it full and use the speed wash and my clothes are clean, clean, clean. YOu will notice after they get wet that the maching appears to be only about 3/4 full.

Normally half filling is the best. Both for the cleaning quality and kinder to the machine (bearing and shaft). Best regards from me in Malaysia.

Only half or 35 lbs dry laundry. To much will cause it to bunch together and wash inefficiently

Fill it full but do not pack the clothes in.
