Just because you want to divorce your wife doesn't mean you both can have joint custody of the children. Any reason you think your wife would not take care of them?

Get divorced and fill for custody of the kids. However, if the mother is a good mother, then just remember the kids will probably get rewarded to their mother. The courts like to have children in the place of their mothers, especially if there is no reason to have them removed.

You have to be a devoted husband24/7 to keep kids. Go file a divorce in the court.

Need more details. is she a good mom or bad mom. are you a good dad or bad dad? second will you live in the same town. there are book you can get the best one I found was by Judge James W. stewert it's called. the child custody book how to protect your kids and win your case. or Mom's house Dad's house. but do what you know is right for the kids just because you are pissed at her if she is a good mom then maybe joint custody is for you and never say anything mean about her in front of or around the kids they will only hate you for it. You can find the book at Hastings or Books a million. but you need a lawyer.

They are 2 separate issues and cases. Go for custody, which is usually the hardest. If she is an unfit mom, drinking or drug problem, you should go for divorce first. Regardless a lawyer would advise you on all the ins and outs. Good Luck.

Do you love your kids very much? If it's an affirmative reply,ok, you would not divorce with your wife, because it would be a hurt to your kids.

No chance.

If you have money, take the kids and run away to a far away state.
