Im 13 years old and i need to raise $1000 for a trip. How do i get this money by spring?

I got nominated to go to this trip but the problem is that it is expensive. My parents are paying for most of it but they said that some money i make would be helpful. I just dont know how to raise that money other than babysitting......

When I was 13..I delivered newspapers (they called it a paper route back then). I mowed lawns....I sold peanuts, popcorn and soft drinks at the football stadium on Saturdays and Sundays...I walked the neighbors dogs when they asked me (for 50 cents a dog)...I'm not making any of this up..By the time I had to go back to school (summer vacation was over) I made 2 or 3 hundred bucks. Counting for inflation over the years that would equate to 800 to a 1000 today. Get out there and do it. Your personal life will suck for awhile...but...just think about that trip. Enjoy

spring is a long ways away. So you really only need to raise around 30.00 a week between now and then. Babysitting, dog walking are two easy ways. Do you have any special skills you can market like sewing or crafting? You can make things and sell them. Once school is back in session, if you are a good student you can tutor. The ways to make money at any age are limited only by your imagination.

figure out how many weeks you have to raise the money and then divide it to see how much you need to make. Don't overlook the little jobs - you can make a lot of money doing little things hundreds of times. For example, do something for $1.00 a thousand times. Carry groceries for tips,weed gardens, vacuum for the elderly, laundry,paint mailboxes or street numbers. Odd jobs around peoples homes. You can also check out a book called"better than a lemonade stand" walking dog's cleaning up yards after dogs. Pretty much think of something no one else would want to do and humble yourself and do it keeping your goal in mind the whole time. You will be glad you did.

Get a job. you in simple terms could artwork after college for 2 hours an afternoon at $5 an hour, to make $50 a week. Then in 5 months, you have $1000. do no longer hassle fundraising. you at the instant are not precisely raising funds to feed starving babies. you in simple terms finally end up spending quite a few time begging and getting laughed at and then grew to become down. working is far less stressful.

You could sell somethings on ebay, and you should babysit everyone and anyone, I made SO MUCH money doing that when I was you age.
The price of babysitting has gone up since then as well. Charge by child and by hour. And be responsible to they want you ALL the time. Tell then your free whenever and they are bound to call, all the time.

walk dogs, wash cars, like u said, babysit, grocery shop for people but u would need a ride...tutor, you could go to neighbors and say you are trying to earn money for a trip and do they have any odd jobs for you to do. good luck
