After researching online on what was going on with my Oranda "Bubbles" I found out that it has tail rot. Anyway, I fixed that problem and instead of it laying at the bottom of the tank it is now swimming, but almost all the time it swims backwards.
And it sometimes swims backwards upside down, sometimes twirls around... WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT?
Help!

I also wanted to know why the tanks stinks up fast after a day.
I keep changing the water and it never works. What can I do?

If he's swimming head-down it sounds like he's got a problem with his swim bladder. This can be caused by a number of things, from poor water quality (if you treated his fin rot with an antibiotic this will affect the "good" bacteria as well, and there will be ammonia and nitrite building up until the biological filter reestablishes itself), to a reaction to the medication, to internal infection, to diet. Hi, although fancy, fat-bodied Goldfish are prone to swim bladder problems which cause loss of equilibrium, it's also quite possible it could be caused simply by constipation due to overfeeding & it's well worth monitoring the amount you feed.

Treating for constipation is simple, just feed your fish small pieces of cooked, shelled peas-these have a mild laxative effect.

It sounds like the fish's aerodyamics are messed up because of the tail rot. It should fix itself within a couple of days, time to heal. If not, I don't know what's wrong with your Bubbles!!!
