I change my address on my cars, trucks and licenses and all or current on the new registar cards for the cars, trucks and license and the address is on my new registar cards and licenses and in there system at DMV one of my trucks is not current address it the old address and my truck was tow and I was get a notice. I didnt know it was tow until when to get something out of it. By the way this a semi truck and my name of my company is on it and police officer say she spoke to the driver, and he was going to move it but this was the person that broke in it and stolen radios, tv, and other personal property who such I sue or such I leave it all? I can't parked in a resident area it was parked in a commmerical zone. I thought I was parking in the right place to be safe, but it was towed for a 72 hours in one place. I didnt get a post storage hearing because wrong address now what?

You can plead for a reduction in fees if you can prove that you *did* file the change of address paperwork and DMV somehow mislaid it, but it is up to YOU to ensure the address is current.

I am sorta surprised you didn't call around LOOKING for your rig after it's "missing", or did you not even realize it was "missing"?

By now you'd be liable for a BUNCH of fees since a rig is oversized and all that. It's probably like several thousands worth of fees by now.

Your insurance may cover some of the losses inside, but they are going to question why are you parked NOT at your terminal.

sumone broke into your semi, stole radios, and tv's and things.. and while he was doing this.. a police officer went up to the man and asked him to move his ( your ) semi and then left..

.. then later she noticed it wasn't moved, so she had it towed?

what a moron!!
