I bet you haven't had him very long. If you have had him less than 2-3 days, then it's nothing to worry about yet. He would still just be settling in to his new home and will eat when he's ready.

i have 5 fish and always want to eat my 6th fish die he put like balloon maybe ate alot some fish just eat 1 time a day or try to change the food

Make sure his water is clean first. Then make sure your feeding him the right foods, food made for beta fish. Also make sure your not over feeding him, that can make them sick and even kill them. Cut back on his feeding if it is clouding his water from him not eating it. If all of that is ok and his appearance looks healthy, he should be ok...if not, then it is totally a different issue. They only eat every couple of days. He'll eat when he's hungry. Don't be worried!

bettas can go for a long time without food .... my niece has had one for 2 years and only feeds it about once a week, it is still alive and healthy

he will eat when he is hungry. u cant force him to eat.

just dont let him jump out of teh tank. mine did and then he died
