I like all cheeses except American (which isn't even cheese to begin with) and ricotta. I don't know which is my favorite, but I sure do like the smoked cheddar cheese spread (the REAL stuff) on top of healthy multigrain crackers...mmmmm!

To all those who mentioned "Swiss Cheese":
What "Swiss" cheese are you referring to??? Emmenthaler? Gruyere? Berner Alpkaese? Appenzeller? Tete de Moine? Tilsiter? Buendner Bergkaese? Formaggini? Vacherin Fribourgeois? Etc......
It really irritates me when Americans refer to any old cheese with holes in it as "Swiss Cheese". There is no such brand!

Anyway, I like Roquefort and Tilsiter.

MMMMM!!! I love cheese. It's amazing. I love medium cheddar. I can eat that all day. Too bad it's really fatty :)
