Okay, you have the date for Deathly Hallows (book 7), but here's the info on Series of Unfortunate Events - Book the 13th.
The End (A Series of Unfortunate Events, Book 13) by Lemony Snicket and Brett Helquist (Hardcover - Oct 13, 2006)
Since there are a lot of copies out there now, the cost should be lower (if you buy used). Better yet, get it at your library!
My Harry Potter book is going to be delivered the day it comes out (I won't be standing in line at midnight, but I will be reading it as soon as I get the box opened!)

Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows will be released July 21st, 2007.
The last series of unfortunate events books is already released and has been since last year.
