When playing a game it's working okay, but then it just suddenly freezes up and the computer restarts. Just bought it a week ago and computer meets all requirements to be able to play the game. Drivers also been upgraded. If anybody knows what's the problem or how I can fix it, that be great. Thanks.

That card is a 35 watter. Your problem could either be overheating due to inadequate case ventilation or a weak power supply. Open the case and point an electric fan towards the motherboard. If computer still restarts, you may have a power supply issue.

The snap shots card you're searching for could be an "onboard" one. enter the bios and deactivate the onboard snap shots there. After that examine the device configuration to be sure if there particularly is in simple terms one card left. to be sure all drivers are long gone you're able to additionally do away with the hot card and restart the device with out any card. There could be no message like "new hardware got here across" and there shouldnt be any drivers installation. Then positioned back interior the hot card and deploy that one...you're able to have a sparkling device with basically one card. I dont comprehend hi alongside with your sound in view which you didnt supply sufficient counsel for that. yet Im particular you acquire onboard sound too, perhaps a soundcard too? If thats the caes then do comparable to above, deactivate the soundchip in Bios etc... you're able to do it! good success!

check the graphics options in the actual game, look for the resolution if its 800x640 and fiddle around with that.

its easier to mention what kind of game youre playing, it all depends on the game, some of them need a higher graphics card than you already have. i have a GeForce nvidia 7600 on my laptop and still cant get more than i want.

and one more thing you could be running on minimum requirements.
